Clean up a lead list

The task

Six leads from a webinar form: messy names, a mix of work and personal emails, three regions. Turn it into a list sales can work from, one column formula at a time.
  1. Fix the namesIn E2, clean every name at once: =ARRAYFORMULA(PROPER(TRIM(A2:A7))).
  2. Pull out the email domainIn F2, take everything after the @ in each email. FIND gives the position of the @, LEN the total length, and RIGHT takes the rest: =ARRAYFORMULA(RIGHT(B2:B7, LEN(B2:B7)-FIND("@", B2:B7))).
  3. Route to an ownerIn G2, look up each lead's region in the routing table (J:K) and return the owner, for every row.
  4. Decide who to callA lead is Call when the score is 70 or more and the domain isn't gmail.com or outlook.com. Otherwise Nurture. AND doesn't work row by row inside ARRAYFORMULA, so multiply the conditions instead: =ARRAYFORMULA(IF((D2:D7>=70)*(F2:F7<>"gmail.com")*(F2:F7<>"outlook.com"), "Call", "Nurture"))
  5. Count the callsIn B9, count how many leads are marked Call.
